What should I do upon receiving my order? 

When your tank is delivered, it's essential to follow these steps to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience:

1. Inspect the Tank Upon Delivery

Carefully inspect the tank when it's delivered. If the tank is wrapped, be sure to unwrap it to check for any issues before the carrier leaves. Pay close attention to:

  • Tank Surface, Corners, and Edges: Look for signs of structural damage, holes, or other issues that could affect its functionality.
  • Critical Areas: Inspect connections, fittings, and other vital components.

Please Note:

  • Scuffs, scrapes, and even some dents are not considered damage.

2. Note Any Visible Damage on the Delivery Receipt

If you observe any visible damage to the tank or product that raises concerns:

  • Document It: Take clear and detailed photographs of the damaged areas.
  • Delivery Receipt: Ensure that any visible damage is noted on the delivery receipt.

These photographs and notes will serve as valuable proof in case you need to file a claim or reach out to our customer service team.

3. Report Damage or Issues

If you come across any damage or issues during the inspection:

  • Provide Detailed Information: Share your order number, details of the damage, and any relevant photographs or documentation you've collected.

4. Accept or Refuse Delivery

Based on the extent of the damage or issues identified:

  • Accept Delivery: If the tank is in satisfactory condition, proceed with acceptance.
  • Refuse Delivery: If there are significant issues, our customer service team will advise whether to refuse delivery.

Important Notes:

  • Unwrap the Tank: You should unwrap the tank before the driver leaves to thoroughly inspect it for any visible signs of damage or defects. This allows you to ensure that the tank has arrived in satisfactory condition.
